"North Kerry"

About this print

“North Kerry” is an original, limited edition, hand-pulled lino print. It is designed, carved and hand printed in West Cork. It is one of the biggest linocut prints I can currently produce.

This print stretches from Glencloosagh Bay to Brandon Point whilst also taking in the tip of Loop Head. You will find the seaside towns of Ballybunion, Ballyheige and Castlegregory, beaches such as Banna Strand, Fenit Beach, Maherabeg Beach and Littor Beach among others. You will also find Brandon Bay, Tralee Bay and the Mouth of the mighty Shannon River. Moving inland you have towns and villages such as Ballylongford, Ballyduff, Listowel, Ardfert, Tralee and Castleisland. You will also find the Stacks Mountains, Glanaruddery Mountains and the Slieve Mish Mountains.

North Kerry is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way on the South West Coast of Ireland. It really does have it all, golden beaches, bustling seaside villages, quiet rural countryside, famous golf links, culture and heritage aplenty, castles, mountains and even a windmill! A place of beauty and magic which draws people back time and time again.

Each “North Kerry” is individually printed by hand using the highest quality fade resistant gold ink. It is printed on azure blue Canson mi-teintes paper. This is a 60% cotton paper, acid free and conservation quality. This means that your print will resist fading, yellowing and deterioration.

Also please note that your print was made by a human hand. This means that there will be small variations between prints, which adds to their uniqueness.

If a print is out of stock, please check back again in a couple of weeks, as I will be printing more. If a limited edition sells out, it will be removed from the shop.

Due to the size of the print, it will be sent rolled in a protective mailing tube and packaged to avoid damage to the print. It will be ready to bring to a framers for framing.
