About this print
“Ballinskelligs Bay” is an original limited edition hand pulled lino print. It is designed, carved and hand printed in West Cork.
This print takes in Castlecove, Caherdaniel, Derrynane Bay, Deenish and Scariff Island, Lough Currane, Waterville, Ballinskelligs and all the many townlands and inlets in between.
Each “Ballinskelligs Bay” is individually printed by hand using the highest quality fade resistant gold ink. It is printed on azure blue Canson Mi-teinte paper. This is a 60% cotton paper, acid free and conservation quality. This means that your print will resist fading, yellowing and deterioration.
As each print is individually inked and printed by hand, there will be slight variations between prints.
If a print is out of stock, please check back again in a couple of weeks, as I will be printing more. If a limited edition sells out, it will be removed from the shop.
If you purchase your print unframed, it will come mounted so that it is ready to be placed in a 12x10 inch frame of your choice. The mounts that I use are lignin-free, alkaline-sized and pH neutral to ensure that they do not cause any damage to the print.
The high quality frames are wooden, painted in limed white and are made in West Cork.
